On Wednesday, May 7, manager of LAG Bura, Ana Mamić and the deputy manager Josip Šare participated in a training on crowdfunding, held in Zagreb by Zoran Rajn, founder and CEO of the international crowdfunding platform Bona Fides Invest (bonafidesinvest.eu).
The training was intended for companies, associations, and public and academic institutions, and focused on learning and applying the Raise&Rise™ methodology – a comprehensive approach for preparing and implementing crowdfunding campaigns, developed by the Center for Social Innovation and Sustainable Development (CEDIOR), the International Center for Crowdfunding (ICFC) and the Bona Fides Invest (BFI) platform.
The following thematic units were covered during the training:
*introduction to crowdfunding and basic concepts,
*legal framework in Croatia and the European Union,
*overview of domestic and international crowdfunding platforms,
*creation and implementation of campaigns (including presentation, marketing and campaign management),
*examples of successful campaigns from Croatia and abroad,
*practical exercises using the Crowdfunding Canvas model.
Upon completion of the education, participants were presented with certificates of participation.
